Legal Deposit
I got this letter in the post today!
The British Library now has a copy of The Portal Between on their catalogue. I have no idea what that will mean in terms of awareness, image or sales but it can only be good! As part of the publishing process a copy of every book ever assigned an ISBN has to be sent to the British Library Legal Deposit department.
I sent my copy off back at the beginning of March and I knew they would take ages because of a backlog that had built up. This is confirmation that it’s found it’s way through another system.
Is it daft to feel a warm glow at something like this?
